Nathan, did a great job Not only on the carpet, But also at communicating with me regarding his timing. He called to come earlier than expected. He vacuumed the carpet, steam cleaned, And raked it. Carpet looks clean.

Nate and his crew were communicative, responsive and very professional. The vog in Hawaii gets into everything and they were able to eliminate the dirt and debris in the carpet and really bring it back to life. Would absolutely recommend them to you!!

We recently moved to Kailua and I contacted two carpet cleaning companies and one did not get back to me which is okay because Nathan with Advantage Carpet Care was excellent! Nathan called me to ask if he could come a little earlier than the appointment time and upon arrival Nathan introduced himself and his trainee. They placed clean white sheets down on the floor and placed corner guards so their hose would not cause any scuffs. They did an amazing job on the carpets in 3 bedrooms and an area rug in the shop! Two of the bedroom carpets had dark stains and were quite dirty from the previous renters so I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to clean them so well. Nathan is courteous and friendly and he was also really friendly with my dog, which is an added bonus. I would not hesitate to call these guys again; I highly recommend!

Very Very Impressed!! Advantage Carpet Care got out all the grease and soil that the previous company left behind and had built up over time. Ted and the crew know their stuff. They were able to remove everything from our highest traffic areas. WOW! I didn’t think it could be done. AND the place smells so much better. We’ll be using them from now on!!

Hi I’m Owen i was working with the company almost 3 years. This was the first job I have ever worked for and I am now seeing how other jobs are ever since I left. I see that there is a hand full of other cleaners that cut corners and don’t care about the quality that they leave behind. Because they want to get in and get paid then go home. Some of the carpet I have seen after other cleaners have cleaned it is not the best and that’s because it’s not about the best detergent And that is where some companies are wrong for example advantage carpet care takes their time for every job they go to we go to one word called chat which means chemical a.k.a DETERGENT AGITATION and the most important one TIME and one thing that I know is advantage carpet care make sure every job gets that standar. Now there are some where one cleaning will not just do it because it’s layers of soil and grease and dirt and gunk in the carpet that we step on packing that dirt oil and gunk in to a big lasagna deeper in the carpet fibers I have learned a lot and one thing I have found out is The advantage carpet care does not cut corners. like I’ve seen in other if I were to refer anyone to any carpet cleaning I would say advantage carpet care will not let you down so let this be the last advice I give to the loyal customers and future customers of advantage carpet care “Advantage carpet care will not cut Corners for no one”!

Ted performed magic on our carpet. There were stains that we knew would not come out going in. He was able to erase of them entirely. A very professional business with great communication and over and above any previous experience. We waited too long to call him in the first place! Mahalo Ted!

We have done business with Ted for years as I have a Daycare out of my home. He is very knowledgeable about carpets. He is always on time and a man of his word. When I shared my concerns and wants for my carpet he was a very good listener and did his best to fulfill what I asked of him and my concerns were reassured! As well as he uses safe non harsh products that are safe for use around children. I don’t trust anyone but Ted for carpet cleaning. Most definitely 100% recommended hiring him for all your carpet cleaning needs! You will never be disappointed, the end result is beautiful!

I though a long time about whether to post a review but decided that I should so that nobody else has to go through what I did. Two guys showed up to clean my carpet, one older 40-something and one younger 20-something. It felt like there was tension between the two of them, with the older guy at times disappearing while the younger guy did the work. The carpet machine they brought was ancient. It was leaking fluids on my floor. I’m in a condo complex, so water leakage is a major no-no because it could quickly leak to a lower level unit. The crew put some towels under the unit and fiddled with the fittings, but it only leaked more and then the unit actually shocked one of the workers. I was clearly alarmed, as things were going south quickly. The older guy poured this black stuff on my white carpet (!!!!) even though the younger guy told him to stop. That was apparently some kind of super strong cleaner that would have ruined my carpet had the younger guy not immediately gotten on to sucking it off. I had about had it. One of the guys apparently called the owner, who then called me. He apologized and asked what I wanted to do. I told them pull the crew out along with that busted machine before it hurt someone. The owner agreed and said they would reschedule. He also said that he would discount my bill to compensate my troubles. I requested that they NOT send the same crew. He said he only had the younger guy on hand at the new time I needed, so, being desperate, I reluctantly agreed. The guy showed up the next day, this time with a working machine, but spent more time gabbing than working. My carpet was cleaner, but not by much. The cleaning was superficial. There was staining that I pointed out and he said that was all that he could do, but I do feel that he could have used special cleaners and tried harder. As is, he just ran his machine over it. Now, for the past few weeks, I’ve stared long and hard at my carpet and kept on thinking that I should have hired a different company, as this company was the worst that I’ve ever dealt with, almost ruining my carpet while their employees argue and their machine leaks and electrocutes. They gave me a miserly 10% discount, which does not even remotely compensate me for what I went through and the major inconvenience of having to have them come out again. Do yourself a favor if you need your carpet cleaned: look elsewhere.
