If you feel comfortable, our experienced carpet cleaning team can securely lock up your home after completing the service and will send you a text notification once your carpets are professionally cleaned. Payment will still be required upon job completion. For those with busy schedules, we also offer Saturday carpet cleaning appointments. We use hot water extraction, commonly known as steam cleaning, as our preferred method for cleaning carpets, upholstery, floors, and rugs. This method is highly effective for deep cleaning and is recommended by most carpet manufacturers. Steam cleaning not only removes dirt and stains but also sanitizes your carpets and furniture, leaving them fresh and revitalized.
For the best results during your upholstery cleaning:
Ensure that your furniture pieces are easily accessible from all sides and clear of any breakable objects or delicate flooring.
If we’re cleaning your carpets or rugs on the same day, we can place your sofas or chairs on top of them. Alternatively, as a last resort, the furniture can be set on tarps to protect the floors.
We will “A” frame loose cushions to maximize drying time.
In most cases, it’s best to wait until the following day to reassemble your furniture, allowing it to dry completely.
This preparation ensures a thorough cleaning and faster drying process for your upholstery.
We look forward to providing you with top-notch carpet cleaning services. To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, we kindly ask for your assistance in making the areas to be cleaned as accessible as possible:
Parking: Please arrange for a parking spot as close to your front door or cleaning area as possible. If you need to move a vehicle out of the garage, please do so before our arrival.
Remove Breakable Items: Clear the cleaning area of any breakable items such as lamps, collectibles, and store them in a safe place.
Clear the Floor: Remove all items from the floor, except for large furniture. This includes wastebaskets, potted plants, briefcases, and toys. If you need assistance moving items, we’re happy to help. Please pin up or tuck in bedspreads and dust ruffles, and consider hanging drapes on the rod ends, draping them over each other, or placing the ends in a plastic bag. Large, heavy items like entertainment units, china cabinets, and pianos will remain in place, and we will clean up to the edges. Medium-sized furniture can be moved, cleaned under, and returned to its original location. We’ll also place protective padding under furniture with wood or metal feet to protect both the carpet and the furniture. Some pieces are best left off the carpet until completely dry; we’ll discuss options with you during the appointment.
Pet Safety: Ensure your pets are in a safe place, as your front door or other access point will need to remain open during the cleaning process. We’d hate for Skippy or Shadow to escape.
Communicate Your Concerns: Please point out any spots or spills and let us know what caused them.
Pre-Cleaning Preparation: While we will pre-vacuum your carpet, we recommend dusting baseboards, ceiling fans, and the backs of furniture before our arrival.
Consider Adding Carpet Protector: You can request a protective treatment to be applied to your carpet or furniture after cleaning, which we highly recommend.
